Healthy Words "R"


R
Rare - not found in large numbers and consequently of interest or value.
Radiance - light or heat as emitted or reflected by something.
Radiant - sending out light; shining or glowing brightly.
Radiate - emit (energy, esp. light or heat) in the form of rays or waves.
Raw - in its natural state; not yet processed or purified.
Read - emit (energy, esp. light or heat) in the form of rays or waves.
Reading - the action or skill of reading written or printed matter silently or aloud.
Ready - eager, inclined, or willing to do something.
Real - actually existing as a thing or occurring in fact; not imagined or supposed.

Really - used to add strength, sincerity, or seriousness to a statement or opinion.
Reason - good or obvious cause to do something.
Reasonable - person) having sound judgment; fair and sensible.
Reassure - say or do something to remove the doubts and fears of someone.
Regal - of, resembling, or fit for a monarch, esp. in being magnificent or dignified.
Refine - remove impurities or unwanted elements from (a substance), typically as part
                of an industrial process.
Refined - elegant and cultured in appearance, manner, or taste.

Refulgent - shining brightly.

Relevant – closely connected or appropriate to the matter at hand
Reliable – consistently good in quality or performance; able to be trusted.
Release - allow or enable to escape from confinement; set free.
Remarkable - worthy of attention; striking.
Remedy - a means of counteracting or eliminating something undesirable respect
Respect - a feeling of deep admiration for someone or something elicited by their abilities, qualities,
                  or achievements
Respectable - feeling or showing deference and respect.
Rest - cease work or movement in order to relax, refresh oneself, or recover strength.
Resource - a stock or supply of money, materials, staff, and other assets that can be
                     drawn on by a person or organization in order to function effectively. Resourceful – having
                     the ability to find quick and clever ways to overcome difficulties.
Resilient - able to withstand or recover quickly from difficult
Responsible - having an obligation to do something, or having control over or care for
 Responsibility - someone, as part of one's job or role.  The state or fact of having a duty 
                               to deal with something or of having control over someone.

Resplendent - the state or fact of being accountable or to blame for something.
Return - come or go back to a place or person.
Reveal - make (something) known to humans by divine or supernatural means.
Revelation - the making known of something that was previously secret or unknown.
Revenue - income, esp. when of a company or organization and of a substantial nature.
Reverence - deep respect for someone or something.
Revitalize - imbue (something) with new life and vitality.
Reward - have a strong effect.
Rich - having a great deal of money or assets; wealthy.
Right - true or correct as a fact.
Righteous - morally right or justifiable; virtuous.
Rhythm - a strong, regular, repeated pattern of movement or sound.
Royal - of a quality or size suitable for a king or queen; splendid.
