The free healthy word of the day: Quality - the standard of something as measured against other things of a similar kind; the degree of excellence of something.

Quality - the standard of something as measured against other things of a similar kind;
                  the degree of excellence of something.

Discuss the word "Quality" with your child.  So, many times in life, the degree of excellence or quality of your work elevates you to another level.   Think of all the times you picked up, stopped, or commented on something, because of the high quality of the craftsmanship.  The human eye seems instantly drawn to people, things, or moments of excellence.  Give your child the mental option of adding quality to their goals or objectives.  Share a story of success with your child, where your quality work insured your accomplishment.  Add quality to your day and enjoy!

What is the benefit of quality work or craftsmanship?

Do you prefer quality work or craftsmanship more than mediocre work or craftsmanship? Why or why not?

Does your child have anything they think is quality?

Show your child something they've accomplished, that was excellent?
